Thanks to Ancestry [dot] com, I was able to get additional documentation on my 3rd grand uncle, Charles (Chism) Rounds Jr. who died while in service during the Civil War. This documentation was not included in his pension file, but was in his service record. This is his official death certificate issued from his regiment G, 50th USCT Vicksburg, MS.
